Advance notice will be given to members. Play will continue rain or shine. Only if weather conditions put the players at risk, or the golf course is closed, will the event be cancelled. Full payment must be received with registration. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an event will not be refunded. A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to cancellations with more than 48 hours notice. Changes to registrations require telephone or email notification.
